As I came from the Elevator heading to Oike Gallery I saw two gentlemen standing waiting for me... Their suits were too nice for them to be local law enforcement. "So what is the FBI looking for in particular? Something from feudal Japan or ..." "Are you Mr Bailey? Daniel Bailey, protégé for Miss Ana Ishikawa?" Agent Pradet interrupted I nodded... They stepped forward, "Please come with us.." "What is this about?" I inquired repeatedly but these cold stone agents refuse to answer... I was put in a car and then one took out a yellow envolope... "I hope you have a strong stomach, but we need you to look at these photos." He thrust it in my face... I turned away, my stomach turning... I pushed the photos away "Who is it? and why show me..?" I screamed... One looked at the other, "You don't know?" "Should I !" I gather my poise. "Yeah, We believe it to be Miss Ishikawa." He stated... I fell back in my seat... suddenly my body was numb the two agents were speaking but I only heard bits... They were taking me to the city Morgue to ID the body... As we left the car I was swarmed by the media... "Is it true? Is the prestigious Oike Gallery owner dead?" One screamed forcing a mike in my face. Another shouted as the Agents tried pushing them and the cameras away, "Was she a victim of the Nightmare Killer?" I was being swarmed and suddenly I saw another reporter speak, "Come on guys give him some breathing space." "Thanks Mr..." I was blank... "Kent.. Clark Kent..." just as he spoke I heard Laura shouting... She snarled, "Get away you vultures!" She came to me.. "Oh Danny... Is it true?" I put my arm around her, "I don't know." Laura went with me into see the body... When she started to cry I knew before seeing the body that Ana Ishikawa was dead... "Is this..." I interrupted him after seeing her scarred face... "Yes yes please ..." I turned holding Laura as they recovered Ana's body. I finally got the strength to ask the next question on my mind, "how? Why?" Questions was all I had... The FBI lead us into a conference room... "She was killed by Rishou. He took her heart as a souvenir. He murdered and then rape her. Which is not how he usually goes. Normally he rapes then kills but we figured she was too much for him to handel." One lit a cigarette. I sneered, "You caught the bastard right!" "No and what we don't understand is what a Gallery owner was doing in a low budget apartment posing as a student named Oria... with this.." He threw her katana on the table. "I don't know." I say and then the other starts playing this good cop bad cop, "youre her secretary and you don't know.. Did you know a woman named Junna?" Laura jumped up just as Logan busted in, "You have questioned them enough... Don't worry about finding Ana's killer.. there wont be much left of him when I am finish.." We left trying to get past reporters. Finally I turned to Logan, "What are you doing here? You hurt Ana." "I did what was best... If she had stayed with me she would have been killed sooner or later." it was the same old retort... "that is funny because in case you didn't hear.. SHE IS DEAD! If you had of stayed with her, you would have been there to save her. You want revenge? Then you would have to kill yourself... " I walked away form him As I walked away Laura came to me, "That was mean and harsh.." "I am sorry I didn't mean it.. I just.." I shivered, "We all die that is something we can't stop... As SHI, Ana increased that possibility. Logan being with her made no difference, it didnt effect her odds at all because the odds where she could be killed by villains would be replaced by the odds of his enemies killing her, so nothing changed by him being with her except that she was happy." "I feel for Matt.." I raised and eyebrow "All his bragging about him going to get Ana back to dad, well pissed him off and now Dad is liable to take out his anger on Matt." she shrugged, "then batman because I told him what you told me and he wants to know why Batman didn't find the jerk yet." I was silent and it seems I had been silent for too long because Laura stopped me and gave a worried look, "What is it.." "Ana had a will.. You, Logan and I are to go to Kyoto for the reading. She told me if anything happened to her that..." I started to cry... "I 'll call Gambit and we will go together, but I doubt Dad will go.." Laura took my cell out of my pocket...
