I go to see Danny... It was nice to see him up and around... I waited until I had in at home to ask him questions... Victor and I needed to know we got to him in time... He seemed fine.. Victor and I had planned on attending this Charity Ball of Stark's... It was a prefect opportunity for our assassin to do his worse... I was going to hate it... Logan called me, "Ana... er, I mean Miss Ishikawa, I need to see you." So I left the Gallery early... I walked in Logan began to speak and I placed a hand over his mouth, "Sage has been filling me in about Lady Death." He pulled me close and kissed me. I was surprised by this but gave to it... The hunger in his mouth.... I could feel he wanted me and I wanted him.. I could hear Vegeta smirking as he had spoke, "Logan don't you have a room?" He growled at the Sayian and we walked into another room. "I can't stay Logan, Someone is going to try to kill one or all of the candidates. Vic and I don't know and sadly I have to go to one of Stark's Balls..." "The Babe you will be needing this.." he motioned to several boxes... It was an evening gown and the accessories.... I smiled... "Thanks." He lit a cigar, "I wish I could go but no reason you can't look like the billion dollars I know you will raise." he winked and left.... I began wondering what kind of Ball this was... I passed by Stark..... Victor Sage on my arm.... "Welcome, Wow you look.... Well soon you will know how your antiquates feel ..." He then grinned and welcomed the person behind me... Sage and I looked around and I pointed... "Is that ..." "Sky and her second... Yes he is running for Governor... " He got dead serious, "let's hope they are the target." He excused his self while I did some schmoozing I think is the word... Just then Stark had ushers beckon us into the auditorium... Tony took the stage, "Well... You know I didn't know so many would show.. Hey is that Bruce, man a lot of people here.... Okay first I have to apologize for the name... The Stark Naked Ball? I told my PR guy that people are going to start thinking I am drinking again... but I am not... See the half way houses have been over whelmed by survivors of the latest hurricanes... 9 in two months have hit the South-eastern US and many have lost homes and sadly even lives..." He paused for effect... "I as a Presidential Candidate wanted to help and lend my support... I contacted the program director who told me he could speak to me because he had several naked people running around... Apparently these people lost even the cloths on their backs. So someone thought that with my family name it would be funny and could lighten the mood of such a terrible tragedy but I have to admit... it was in bad taste." He grinned, "not that I wouldn't want to see some of the women we will be auctioning off... Stark Naked.." The room filled with laughter as I spit in my glass... What!!!! "First I would like to invite all the candidates not just for Presidency ..." he started to applaud as they walked up on stage, "let's hear a round of applauds." He stopped and shook each of the other candidates hands and then turned back, "No matter what Party any of us are in.. Our views ... etc... We are all hear today for one purpose. To help our fellow man. I know each of the candidates want to say a little something about the tragedy and so forth so before I hand over the spotlight let me explain what we are doing.... No matter who you came with, if anyone at all you all have a chance to escort a lovely lady this evening if you bid higher than anyone else... We are going to Auction off our ladies but its more for show so Gentlemen try to be Gentlemen... Remember this is for charity and may the best men win.." he winks at Sky, "I know who I will be bidding on." he then nodded behind him, "Now I will hand the mike off to Presidential Candidate Jon..." I look at the question and he nods at me, "Nothing..." *BANG!!!!* I watched as Jon stepped back grabbing his chest and fell... "Damn!" I yelled as Vic and I made way through the screaming panic.... Everyone pointed up to a balcony.... I ran into Danny coming out a door marked exit..... "Danny why are you here?" I shook him as I yelled He looked stunned, "Didn't you get my call... I came so you didn't have to.." "Go home and don't leave!" I yelled again. As Victor raced to the stage where Jon was lying still on the floor, with me he stated, "Not a good idea Ana. that exit leads to the balconies..." "Shut up SAGE! I know Danny he wouldn't have done it!" I get a long side him... Jon wasn't moving we were stopped before we could get too close but I heard Tony say that Xavier had used a mutant... that it wasn't Jon but a double... The Question pointed... "You talk to Xavier, I will check out the balcony..." I caught up with Xavier leaving, "Professor is Jon okay?" "It wasn't Jon that was shot.. " he huffed I sighed, "So Hudson gave him the message?" "Message? what message? No... He couldn't be here and so I offered a double so he could do what he had to do and still seem to have a air of presences here." Xavier then left in the limo and I returned to find Sage... He was speaking to the Question... "You are sure this isn't Tony Two and Sky?" "I wish I could say yes but no not this time." He sighed, "they are also in danger." Tony got serious, "This Ball gave me a chance to get close to Sky. I have plans. I know her Achilles heel and how to get close enough to .... well I have plans this evening, so Fury and SHIELD will have to take over this." "I will call it in.." some rookie stated and Tony went off to try and catch Sky... "Damn last thing we need Vic is SHIELD getting this messed up.." I grumbled... He shook his head, "It's worse... Ana, Danny's finger prints are all over the weapons. He says he was invited but there is no invite for him..." I got in his face, "Danny didn't do this! He said he called me.." Together we went to the Gallery but there was no message.... "Damn it Sage!!! Danny didn't do it... It was an expert shot he can't shoot like that.." "He could if he ... We better get to him before SHIELD or worse .... Hydra. They will have him commit suicide." Vic frowned Looks like I am racking up on favors that I owe the Question. As a favor because he isn't convinced either that Danny did it though he isnt convinced Danny didn't do it... He has agreed to get Danny somewhere safe... TBC and be sure to read Danny's POV below
